As all clipart images in Pngnest are derived from the network users to share or cut out from jpg files (Pngnest does not own the copyright of the original jpg files), Pngnest does not have sufficient monitoring capabilities to review the clipart. There are infringements and other circumstances. The user should consciously abide by the copyright law and other relevant laws and regulations and shall not infringe the legal rights of this site or the right holder. To Pngnest and any third-party losses, infringing users should bear full responsibility.

Pngnest.com is in compliance with 17 U.S.C. §512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. As all of Pngnest’s content is user-submitted, some of it will inevitably be the work of others. We can also add you to an upload blacklist to prevent this from happening in the future.
